SUP YOGA

After many requests we are once again running SUP (Stand Up Paddle) Yoga. Sunday mornings join Sam Goski for a beautiful experience on the water. Aside from possible wildlife sightings, you get sunshine, water and incredible views that you just can't get in a yoga studio. With the fast pace of life today we forget to slow down, being on the board will force you to and make you focus on your breath, body movement and balance.

 

Since the placement of your hands and feet will influence your balance and stability you will automatically become more intune with yourself.
